A Tradition Worth Coming Back ToFor generations, families have come to this little piece of Kansas countryside in search of the perfect Christmas Tree.
Today, that tradition continues at Pinestead Grove. Christmas here isn't meant to be rushed. Wander the fields. Debate which tree is the tree. Warm up with a cup of cocoa. Browse the Farm Store. Sit around the fire. Take the picture you'll look back on years from now. Some families are visiting us for the first ime. Others have been coming to this farm for years. Either way, we hope Pinestead becomes one of those places that simply feels like Christmas. |

Find Your Perfect Christmas Tree
Part of the fun is finding the one.
Walk the fields at your own pace and choose your favorite Scotch Pine. Once you've made your selection, our team will take care of the cutting and help get your tree ready for the trip home. Pinestead currently uses a staff-cut model rather than allowing outside saws or cutting tools.

Explore our Christmas tree fields on foot, or take advantage of available people movers when operating to reach trees farther out on the farm.

Take your time choosing the Scotch Pine that feels just right for your home. Or select one of our pre-cut Fir trees.

03 | WE'LL CUT IT
Once you've made your selection, one of our team members will safely cut your tree for you.
Please leave saws and cutting tools at home. |
04 | WE'LL GET IT READY
We'll shake and net your tree at no additional charge and provide twine to help secure it for the ride home.

05 | TAKE CHRISTMAS HOME
Complete your purchase inside the retail barn, then pick up your finished tree and head home to decorate.
